Following on from its hugely successful INFINICUT® Floating Head Mower, Cub Cadet is launching a new range of INFINICUT Fixed HeadTM mowers at SALTEX – and visitors to stand H075 will be the first to see them! Combining with this new range, the company is also introducing a brand-new cassette which promises to transform the all-important post-match ‘clean up’ cut.

As the skillset of our groundsmen continues to excel, it’s important that they are provided with the appropriate tools to capitalise on all of the other agronomic advances employed within our industry. The new INFINICUT Fixed HeadTM is specifically designed to do just that. It continues to enjoy many of the key benefits of the floating head version and is available in 22”, 26”, 30” and 34” cutting widths. Industry leading cut quality remains at the centre of Cub Cadet’s design philosophy, with the fixed head model employing the same technology that has seen the floating head mower scoop many industry awards. Being more affordable, the new INFINICUT Fixed HeadTM will help a broader market base to benefit from the numerous advantages of Cub Cadet’s unique cutting-edge technology. Key attributes such as the Lithium battery power, interchangeable cassette options and quiet operation come as standard.

With much of the design of the INFINICUT® motivated by the requirements of industry professionals, the latest cassette innovation from the Cub Cadet TMSystemTM has also been developed as a result of continued dialogue with Groundsmen. Dissatisfied with the current methods employed to clean debris from sports turf following matches, the new SMARTTurfClean™ cassette is a patent-pending design to effectively clean turf surfaces. By attaching the cassette to the INFINICUT® (fixed or floating head versions) not only does it become more cost effective than traditional solutions such as dedicated rotary mowers, but it also performs the task without stressing the plant – a huge benefit when taking into consideration the continued reduction in the availability of chemicals to combat turf disease. Being quieter, gentler, more affordable and more effective than a rotary, the SMARTTurfCleanTM is aptly named.
