New Asian distributor for EcoBunker

Specialist bunker solutions provider EcoBunker has made a change in its distribution arrangements for south-east Asia, appointing Centaur Asia Pacific as its sole partner for the region, which includes Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia and Myanmar. Centaur also represents EcoBunker in Hong Kong, Singapore and the Australian state of Queensland.

“After working with two distributors in the region for a while, the time came to renew contracts and we determined that a single partner was a better choice. We gave both distributors a very fair opportunity, but ultimately it was not difficult to select Centaur, who supported our brand most strongly and are in our opinion, clearly the best in this market,” says EcoBunker CEO Richard Allen, the inventor of synthetic bunker edging.

“We are already working alongside Centaur on a number of extremely high profile projects, including at Singapore Island Country Club, and Clearwater Bay in Hong Kong. There are many more such projects in the pipeline. Both EcoBunker and Centaur are members of the Asian Golf Industry Federation, a demonstration of our joint commitment to helping golf courses across the region develop.
